BASE’s Christmas in July Raffle & Carnival Raises Nearly $4,000 to Support Out‑of‑School‑Time Programming

Fort Atkinson, WI — Badgerland After School Enrichment (BASE) is proud to announce the success of its annual Christmas in July Raffle & Carnival, which raised nearly $4,000 to support high‑quality out‑of‑school‑time programming for local youth.

The festive mid summer event brought together families, community members, staff, and volunteers for an afternoon of games, activities, treats, and holiday or carnival themed fun all in support of BASE’s mission to provide safe, enriching, and accessible care for children in Fort Atkinson.

Event highlights included:

• Carnival games or crafts in BASE’s enrichment classrooms

• Kid Led “Food Trucks” offering generous portions, plenty of sugar and hands‑on leadership opportunities

• Cash‑Prize Raffle supported by generous community ticket sales. Our 2026 winners can be found HERE.

“We are incredibly grateful for the families, volunteers, and community partners who made this event such a success,” said Alicia Norris, Executive Director of BASE. “These funds directly support the programs that help our kids learn, grow, and thrive.”
