BASE Kids & Parents,
We have been connecting with you through our Daily Family Resource Guides on our website's Program Blog and our BASE Fort Atkinson Facebook page, and also adding new content to our BASE Kids Lab. We have also been working on organizing opportunities for BASE Staff to connect with you virtually. We are happy to announce the introduction of our BASE Virtual After School Hangouts starting the week of May 4th!
We know there is a lot of information and responsibility for our families virtually right now. These sessions are an opportunity for kids to unwind, connect and have some fun. We hope it will also provide parents some time at the end of the day.
How to join the BASE Virtual After School Hangouts:
Email Melissa at melissa@basefortatkinson.org with the email address she can send the confirmation email and calendar invitation to that will be used to connect a device in your home to the Virtual After School Hangout at the scheduled date and time.
Review the BASE Online Teaching & Learning Guidelines that will be sent in the confirmation email. Please email Alicia at alicia@basefortatkinson.org or Melissa with any questions you may have.
Help your BASE member connect to the Virtual After School Hangout at the date and time in the calendar invite.
For the week of May 4-8th, the Virtual After School Hangouts schedule will be:
BASE Barrie Staff & Kids - Tuesday, May 5th, 3:00-3:40pm
BASE Luther Staff & Kids - Tuesday, May 5th, 4:00-4:40pm
BASE Purdy Staff & Kids - Thursday, May 7th, 3:00-3:40pm
BASE Rockwell Staff & Kids - Thursday, May 7th, 4:00-4:40pm
BASE Staff members are looking forward to connecting with the kids and hope you are able to help to facilitate your BASE member's participation in the Virtual After School Hangouts. Melissa and/or Alicia will schedule, host and be present during all scheduled Hangouts.
