Alicia Norris
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
I grew up in Milwaukee and earned my bachelors degree at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. While a student there, I started as a volunteer with the organization in 2008. I have worked many roles in the organization since then and became the Executive Director in 2012.
I have three girls and our family enjoys spending time outside at our hobby farm, travelling, camping, sailing, skiing and cooking!
My goal for BASE is for kids to have access to experiences that expand their opportunities, mindset and future.
Sophie Christianson
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
I grew up right here in Fort Atkinson and attended Fort Atkinson public schools from kindergarten through high school. After graduating from the Fort Atkinson High school I got my bachelors degree in Elementary Education at UWW.
I have four pets- three dogs and one cat. In my spare time I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends, photography, watching sports, and having quality conversations with people.
My biggest goal in life is for every kid I encounter to feel encouraged and cared for.
